Aztlan Municipality

The Aztlan Municipality was formed when the seven families of Dongji Tai came to a treaty and formed the Aztlan Consulate. As such the municipality itself is formed from seven cities, with each city on a separate plateau, connected by a series of bridges.

Mandara Mons

A tall, thin plateau that reaches up into the clouds, located in the center of the Aztlan Municipality. Legend claims the stairway that spirals up the side of the plateau has exactly eight million steps.
